I Am A Pilgrim-Single

The first establishment of singles from his childhood home, ‘I Am A Pilgrim’ is a traditional gospel tune, recorded and produced by Sam. Every instrument you hear was played by Sam, then diligently edited and mixed, and finally brought to it’s head in a short 2 weeks!

Here's a cover of a traditional tune, once covered by Don Rigsby! 'Don't Sell The Land' is a testament from a son to his mother, pleading her to not sell the home and the land that he grew up on. Surrounded by farm land described in this song, Sam felt a strong connection to this. Again, all instruments and vocals were recorded, edited, and mixed by Sam.

This is a tasteful take on a classic brothers bluegrass duet, covered by The Delmore Brothers. With it’s blend of traditional harmonies, complimented by the modern chordal arrangement, it’s a fresh new tune from the archives. Special guest Mrs. Stephanie Green layers on the fiddle beautifully.
